pmon用tftp升级的 升级前识别usb0

ext3 用mkfs.ext3 -T small /dev/sdb1   fat32 fat16 ext3都格式化过了 还是不显示如下 ：

升级的版本为http://www.bjlx.org.cn/node/841  这个版本。

手头上有编程器 可以自己写 32dip 或 56脚的flash
 
请求帮助下如何刷成带usb版本的
